By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your preferred date and time for the party. This deposit will be applied to the total bill.

Final payment for the party is due in cash or by check on the day of the event, prior to the start of the party.

Your party package includes:

A decorated studio for a festive atmosphere.
Plates, cups, water, and utensils for your convenience.
Dance instruction and end-of-party performance.
A special gift for all party-goers to enjoy.
An exclusive IPAC t-shirt for the birthday boy or girl.
Delicious cupcakes or pizza to satisfy those party appetites.
